Does anybody know from the beta how easily you can switch from on pilot profession to another? I.E. from imperial pilot to neutral or rebel pilot?

I assume you will have to start over from the novice level and have to switch ships. Is there anything else involved?

surrender the skill boxes, go find the other trainer. No faction penalties that I found. And yes you will have to start over at the novice level.

If you master a pilot prof, then drop it and take up another, you get XP bonuses to advance faster in your new pilot prof.
