Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
When I have a ship targeted, my targeting HUD stays in the middle of the screen where it is supposed to be but if I don't have a ship targeted it drops about an inch down just over the radar. If I fire my weapons, they still fire in the middle of my screen but the entire targeting rectile is an inch below where it should be.
Is this a "feature" or a bug? I chose bug and /bugged the sucker fast.

I wondered this myself when it popped up on the very last day of beta. It only showed up in the very last patch, and it wasn't announced, so I'm thinking bug.
