The ship is so cool...I don't want to complain, but it should be able to hold more items, at least as many as a small house. How am I suppose to have a good party if there aren't enough seats for my guests.

A good decorator can make the best with what he has. and if you need that many people to throw a party, then there is somethign very odd about the whole thing.
Consider this, the amount of chairs you'll want cant outlimit the only amount of people you can have. do the math, it makes sense.

Nah, it should hold the 150 item limit that is in small houses. The sub is huge. 75 items will barely cover 2 rooms.....
