Hi,
I've already started my own thread on this but I just want to register my disgust (that is if it does turn out to be a USA only deal) here as well. I've asked the in-game customer services reps too and they just say to look in this forum for answers so it doesn't look like we can look for an official line from there either.
The person who made the decision it was to be USA only benefit ->

I am sorry I didn't see this post. I just learned the same thing. I am very very angry with this whole thing.
I'll keep you posted with my email traffic with SOE and EB Games.

I have seen no official confirmation that the beta disks/proper regcode for the flash speederwill in fact ship with the main disks to canada. In fact the service rep from EB games indicated to me that they would not be shipping at all.

Hey all - I live in the US - but i think its absolute crap too - SOE screwed me with the whole invitation thing also. Heres something to think about - If you all can help in the current confrontations going on worldwide, why cant you get the perks to a friggin PC game. As for Jack in the boxes, they are really quite terrible - its known as crack in the box - if you know what i mean. Good luck to yall - I agree - keep the post rollin.
PS - in my dispute to get my old character back - after numerous emails - i requested a phone # because it was tiring - The ingenious answer to that from an SOE rep was "Im sorry sir - they dont have phones in that building at all". Now are you sure you want to come to america?

Australian too, just as miffed...
I'm interested to see weither these rumors are true or not...it's not the first time an American software corperation has dissed the rest of the world for no apparent reason, so I hope these rumors are untrue or just a error in communication...
...else I'll have to renew my grudge against American develpers...(As if I didn't have beef with them already...)

EB Games online customer service is still telling me that I will not be receiving the Bonus disk. I am still pursuing them and have not heard from SOE on this.
When I get home I'll post my emails to and from EB Games

1st) i'm not canadian, neither from the states.
2nd) Is the Speeder your JTL dream? So c'mon, talk about other things. JTL is a space expansion.

I live in Australia Whatbugs me is that I have to order the game from EB in the US. EB in australia dosent even carry swg let alone jtl.
So when i had to buy swg i had to find an australian game company that specificly imported this game why should eb get my business instead of the other company.
I have pre-ordered JTL through the other company iam not sure correct me if iam wrong but that means when i do get jtl about 2 weeks after the release date i still wont get a flash speeder.

Well dudes all I can say is that I'm sure there's a reason why either SOE or EB is not making it available outside the US.

i live in europe and i pre order it off gamespot
i orderd the +bonus international edition
but on my order tracking it says i orderd the normal jtl without any bonus edition
i send a e-mail tog amestop about it and so far no reply

OK I've been asking the CSRs about this in the game - and basically what they are saying is if you get the disk and register it before JTL goes live then you get the speeder. That is their understanding anyway, only problem is you can't get hold of the bloody disc from anywhere before JTL goes live. I've pointed this out to them e.g. I pre-ordered through Amazon.co.uk and they aren't even going to ship it until 29/30th October so if what they're saying is right even though I've pre-ordered it doesn't count. After telling them this they then repeated it needs to be registered before JTL goes live and then told me to direct any further questions to this forum, hmm........ helpful.
Here'sa question does anybody outside of the US actually have a copy of the disc yet? I'm suspecting if you do it's been through Gamespot or EBGames.

I recieved my Expansion from EB Games today after preordering a month or so ago.
It contained only the Retail code, no pre-order code so that means I can't get a Flash Speeder. I have sent an email to SOE on this matter.
