During the beta there was a really interesting bug where it was attackable by NPC's. That was really interesting to have a ship full of ithorians players all milling about the grand room watching the Kimogila fighters just pummel my ship, and all died a horrible death...
nice name by the way

Actually, since this is release day, and I heard the NDA was dropped, I'll comment. I got a short amount of time to test this during the final 2 weeks of beta. The ship is in fact NOT invulnerable, and this has been reported as a bug, but not sure if it will be resolved. I imagine it will, since there seemed to be a focus on this issue in the last days. I fly my ship to a part of the Corellian Sector and parked it right in front of the Alliance Station there and was immediately attacked by an X-Wing Cadet. 1 fighter against a much larger , but unprotected ship. I walked away from my computer to have a smoke and came back to find I had been "rescued" (spawned) at a neutral station. I immediately landed and looked over my ships status. Other players reported they had been disabled in space. My ship was completely destroyed leaving almost nothing left. Of course the ship was still in the datapad, but the cost of repair this luxury transport was far greater than the cost of just taking a shuttle to the planet and paying for the ticket. Because the vessel can't defend itself, is sure to get attacked in route and actually adds 2 addtional loading screens (take off and landing) as opposed to just one for a shuttle, it's basically worthless until that problem is faxed. if there are no plans to fix it (who can ever tell?) I wouldn't even bother with it. You can't trade it, sell it, upgrade it, or defend it, so what you are actually getting is a free bonus liability that will end up costing you much greater in terms of credits as opposed to just taking a shuttle. When it get's destroyed, you'll arrive with wounds and battlefatigue too, so it's really a "loose-loose' option.
The ship itself is beautiful, but it's utility needs to be addressed. Maybe they'll do that..
