Thread: Weapon Overload 3?

I've been reading around the JTL forums, and some people mentioned there's a bug or something with Weapon Overload 3. I checked the stickied topics, but didn't see anything in them. What exactly is the bug with it?

it decreases the energy output rather than increasing it, really quite useful

Wpn Overload 4.... I hope mean 3, cause you will definitely need to upgrade stuff for 4. It's seriously bugged and ends up disabling half your systems. Wpn overload 3 is far better for the time being.

I hope the devs address this bug soon before people get TOO used it. They're used to it already but the longer SOE waits to fix it, the louder the nerf crying will be later.

Ah, ok. So it's a double positive then. Awesome....was worried I'd have to upgrade my reactor in order to handle Weapon Overload 4...

Yes. They should finally fix WO3, people are so used to weapons doing double the damage for half the energy drain per shot and half the energy demands from the reactor, and it skews how they build ships.
