I have a lot of Imp faction, and a lot of negative rebel faction, but I went rebel pilot, and now I can't figure out how to fix it without having to run hundreds of rebel missions to remove it.

Weird, the Imperial Pilot Trainer wouldn't talk to me until I got back to 0 Imperial Faction...

If you've got the cash (you need a lot), you can visit a smuggler and pay them to buy/sell faction. Other than that, I think you're stuck with running missions.Hope this helps.

Or sit in a 2 seater as gunner, or a multiplayer ship, whose pilot goes overt. The faction points made by the ship are equally divided among its crew (halved in the case of a two seater).

ooc get overt in space, waste some tier 4 ships in space, or tier 5 in kessel. Nets you 30 to 50 fp per kill and a lot of experience.
