This is probably part of the last patch, or maybe Starsider is just crazy lately. Whenever I go into Kessel there are fighters EVERYWHERE. I used to have to fly all over just to pick off one or two fighters here and there. Now I just fly 2km and never leave that spot, because they respawn as soon as I kill them. Also there's usually at least four vettes in there at a time. Is this happening on other servers?

Not on Lowca. I spent about 5 to 10 minutes finding a fighter pack. Didn't see either Corvette once.

Has been happening on Chimaera the last month or so suddenly lots of fighters and corvettes will appear and be on top of you before you know it.

Yes, on Intrepid.
Not sure about the corvette spawn levels but the fighters have really increased in the last week or so. Started seeing third party ships too(Blacksun and Corsairs) Usually, I do not have to worry about being agroed on, but last time I was there (a few days ago) I was jumped by about 4-6 imp fighters when I was overt rebel. Before I would have to fly around for a few minutes to find a single spawn. Somesearching around is still require, but, once a spot is found, it is rush hour traffic.

Well, I dunno...I've now been to Kessel a total of three times. Once for my 30-kill mission (NPC ships were swarming all over the place, even a corvette was off in the distance), and two times just to start scouting out the corvette...one of those times I found it.
