I loaded up back on the ground at Kaadara, and my TIE is trashed. The reactor is wasted, so I can't get into space to repair it.

Anyone know how to get it repaired on the ground or get a new one?

Find a shipwright and get him/her to make you a Reactor Repair Kit.. There are repair kits for almost all components in the ship.

if it's a starter ship, simply delete/destroy it and then go to your trainer for a new starter ship.
