um if you did the tier 1 missions you have to head to yavin IV

yeah I know that, thats why I am tying to find him. I have been to Yavin 4 and I can not locate him. Yes I have finished the first entire set of boxes.

im having this same problem. i could only find the lvl 3 guy from corillia or some such.

well i followed where the guild said he is and its around the Death star slavage. and i look within a 1k radius of the wp and he isnt there. So for the Love of god and the Force if anyone has a clue please speak up.

I found him finally. He is in the Medical center in the Labor Outpost.
