Yeah that happened to me with the original game when I got it back in June '03. I gota PM from someone else saying their manual isn't messed up like mine is. So it looks like its just me being consistant

It also has outdated information, like being able to hyperspace to space stations :\

Not sure if its just my copy or an error somewhere but the manual that came with my expansion goes:
page 1 - 12
page 1 - 12(repeated)
page 29 - 36
page 29 - 36(repeated)
page 37 - 40
Looks like some extra pages got stuck into the binding. I'm not sure where to pass this on but manufacturing might want to know

ROFL that happened to me when i got empire divided back in May i had double pages and there was pagesmissing
