Try as I might I can't get past this mission! I've tryed it solo, and with 5 friends. I can get past the first 2 parts okay, but when we go to help theBlue Squad, half way to the WP we keep getting attacked by a squad of 15 Tier 4 Tie Aggressors that focus ALL attention on the Mission Leader.
There is no way we can get past them, anyone else have this problem?

I guess so... But I have to keep going to the WP and kill more TIEs to help Blue Squad. Will the IFF make them go away or something? Cause if they just follow me to my WP I'll die anyway =/
I see lots of people soloing all the 3rd tier missions, how do you do this?

As soon as the first one attacks you, hit scramble and use your boosters. As long as you can put some distance between you they'll ignore you and you can concentrate on the mission targets.

Well I tried the mission myself and got pretty lit up, but with one other buddy we completed mine and his with no problems.
2 X wings and we attacked the tier 4s first, getting hit by a t3 doesn't come close to their damage so we ignored um until the 4s were gone.
Just stay behind um and if they split up and you start taking hits from behind, keep manuevering until you collect the group all together and try and take um out one by one. Theres no real science to it other than avoiding their fire for too long while your friendly ships evacuate.
Ok I reread the post and it seems as if you're fying right into a static spawn of agressors. AVOID that area and get to your objective. take the time to skirt around... Those ships are entirely too powerful for any group as it is...
