I'm having problems with the interface. Moving, turning, aiming. And I can't seem to figure out where I am, with respect to enemy ships, space stations ... planets.

I tried the first mission from the trainer. Told me to fly around some waypoints. He forgot to mention I'd be attacked by a bunch of other ships. I died twice without hiting anything, and gave up. At most I got a glimpse of an enemy ship as it flew past me.

I'd like some feedback on how you use this interface. How you fly your ship. What keys, mouse, joystick moves you use. So far I've tried a joystick in right hand and left hand on keyboard, but that's just not working for me. What views are you using? I can't hardly see anything. And when I zoom out my view, I can't even tell which direction my ship is facing.
