This is just plain wrong, I am in the UK so am unable to get a copy of JTL as someone saw it in thier infintie wisdom to make us wait until a week after the rest of you guys. Now I try to train as a novice shipwright and what happens? I get told I have to have JTL installed to start this profession.

Fair enough to go into space and use the stuff I made, I should have it but not to do a profession that never even needs me to leave the planet I am on!!

Now I am looking around and I am seeing more and more Master Shipwrights around, where does that leave us that have not been able to start crafting at the same time as everyone else? Nowhere, nobody wants to pay decent prices for stuff when they could go and pay the same amount for a master crafted part with better stats.

Now I am just going to wait and see how long this post gets to be deleted like all the other ones that have had complaints in about the delay in availiability.

Dont forget the Uk players are not worthy to get the flash speeder aswell instead we would need to go through a company which SOE has deemed special, though some has ordered through this company and have been told after the company had got their details that they are not entitled for the flash speeder.

Hmmm, mes think international means America and then everyone else when we can be bothered, i understand that SOE or who ever is responsible for distribution may have their reason, i cant see any personaly, but im fairly sure your Uk and i imagine European players would like an explanation.

And while im on my high horse i want a European only reward, unreasonable yes, thats how its like for us European players.

My biggest fear playing a game like this is that as a European i fear i would be left out in the cold in order to offer a service to the American consumers i guess i was right.

The post holder has a very good point were all starting later, so this gives those of us who are crafters a disadvantage when it comes to making ship for players because all the shipwrights, or wanna be shipwrights, dont have a chance to make stuff people will want and all the aspiring pilots who are European will be behind American players.

Im not asking for anything other than an explanation about why this has happened, if their were distribution issues fine tell us though saying that its been in development for a while surely you would have an understanding how to deliver it to shops.

you are stating the same problem with a new player that entered the game after everyone else. They did not start their "grind" at the same time as everyone else, so when they come in they are screwed too. Do you see any of those people complaining that their things arent selling because i sure as hell dont!

Also, you like in the UK...key word UK...it is not the same counrty as the USA (i hope you would know that) This means that you are what? thousands of miles away? Look at ANY GAME you will see that the UK version is ALWAYS!!!!! released after the US version(this applies when the game is made in the US obviously) stop BITCHING, get over it and wait your f*cking turn to get the game...do US people complain like little girls when the Harry Potter books come out in the Uk before the US? no, we wait, or buy it over there and have it shipped.

Its because it takes time to go through product searches for shipping out of country and stuff, And DO NOT blame SOE for simply "send them to the UK sooner so it gets to us the same time" . simply they couldnt, the game was just getting out of beta, therefore they were just starting to make the Final disc's to ship off.

The UK isnt the only ones getting their Disc late, whoever pre-ordered from Gamestop got theirs a little late as well, like me, i pre-ordered 3 weeks before release and i still have yet to recieve my game, but i havent complained im just sitting back waiting for it, while beta testing another game.

Your worried about starting shipwright late, Shipwright is a very easy grind as long as you have the mineral, people have told you what the mineral is, mine it if you dont have it yet so your ready for when you do get the game, ill be shipwright when i unlock my second character.

and finally, i do agree about the flash speeder, its not right the UK had no way of getting it unless they somehow got a friend to buy it for them in the USA.

just remember UK isnt the only ones, and complaining about a matter like this wont change anything, SOE cant force the shipping process to the UK, it has many steps to take.

For those 1 staring these posts i think i should add that JTL has been pushed back another week.

OK call me silly and i know some will but why are they "shipping" the game in the first place? from what i am seeing on other posts its possible to install a key and the launch pad downloads the files? why is there not an option to download a key from SOE i would be quite happy to pay the same price for the key and download what i need than to be sitting back and twiddling myThumbs waiting for a retail version to show up! seems like a missed opportunity to me for SOE easy cash no duplication costs but then thats just usmoaning brits i gess cant see the master plan for the trees.

There is a bit of a difference between a new player feeling disadvantaged because they joined the game after everyone else and an existing player being disadvantaged because of their geographical location in RL. Harry Potter as a book will be exactly the same read today as it will 20 years from now. The same as films released in the US ahead of the globe will be the same when they eventually come out here (forgetting directors cuts lol). Not having access to JtL (or any expansion for that matter) in this MMO is a disadvantage and quite franky as a game community we've waited a long time for this already (all of us).

Please understand the source of the frustration and then you will probably understand why these posts are popping up over and over again. Playing the ground game at the moment has it's ups and downs. Quite a few want to see the new content in the game when they were told they could ... not 2 - 3 weeks later (or whenever it eventually hits retail in the UK).

There litterally isnly any other channel for these types of frustrations to go. The developers have no control over these things but this board (you would like to think) should be visited by all people involved in this project and the more the message is hammered home perhaps the more likely we are to get an answer why this has been allowed to happen. We are customers first and foremost and deserve some accountability.

Ordering from the US isn't really an option at those prices.
