While hyperspacing I was disconnected, and when I logged back on I was disabled! There is nobody within 2000m of me and I've been sitting here for the past 30 minutes doing nothing....

Just eject, you'll blow up, and then, get this, your towed back to the nearest space station....

logout for about 15min and you should be back on the ground where you launched from
