Does anyone know how to setup the second weapon slot on the standard Y-Wing so that you can fire in tandem with with the first weapon slot? My understanding is that the standard Y-Wing is a single pilot spacecraft (as opposed to the "Longprobe" which is a dual seater). In the ship config, you are given two projectile weapon slots. I've installed weapons into both slots, and my reactor has enough power for them. However, when I fire my weapons, only the gun placed in the first slot fires. I've gone into the "weapons grouping" menu and added both guns to group one, however even then only my first gun fires. If I remove the first slot gun from group one, and place only the weapon from slot two into the group, nothing fires!

Is the second weapon deactivated on the standard Y-Wing? If not, how do I fire it? Any help would be appreciated.

you need a gunner for the standard y-wing to fire the turret,the y-wing long probe i suppose is meant for sinlge person long range scouting...anyway the longprobe allows you to fire both weapons yourself

Correct me if I'm wrong but from my understanding, the regular Y-Wing is also a two seater. It seems that the only second weapon you can use when flying alone is missiles.

I see...thank you. I guess I had it backwards. I was under the impression that the standard Y-Wing was single seater, and that the Longprobe was dual, needing a gunner for the turret. Thanks for clearing it up.
