Thread: Imp Mission Tier 2 Lok, where is Morv(fuel technician)?

I dont have a active mission but when I go to the imp trainer in bestine, he says find morv at nym's stronghold. I looked around the city and no luck, any help would be appreciated.

the room to the right of nym, or /target fuel
