The following are the best (closest) hyperspace points to the following destinations.
Corellia: Corellia's Own
Dantooine: Wrath
Dathomir: Dathomir's Vitatlity
Endor: Area D-435
Lok: Lurid Dawn
Naboo: Kylantha
Rori: Sea of Veruna
Tatooine: Desert Sands
Talus: Talus Secta
Yavin IV: Crimson Flare
Dantooine: Wrath
Dathomir: Dathomir's Vitatlity
Endor: Area D-435
Lok: Lurid Dawn
Naboo: Kylantha
Rori: Sea of Veruna
Tatooine: Desert Sands
Talus: Talus Secta
Yavin IV: Crimson Flare
Deep Space Access (After Master Pilot)
Imperial: Hyperspace to the Endor System: Durillium Sea and then head to the POI: Imperial Claw
Neutral: Hyperspace to the Dathomir System: Dathomir's Vitality and then head to the POI: Last Nav
Rebel: Hyperspace to the Dantooine System: Dantooines Wrath and then head to the POI: Deep Space

I would just like to thank you very much for this VERY useful post ... hehe.
I wish you could hyperspace to your own WP's or that they just included space stations as WP locations but alas, you can't.
This is the next best thing though and I've been trying to do it myself but it takes a bit of time ... hehe.

I haven't looked at all of those, but actually, for Naboo, Royal Way is closer. It's only 3919m to Naboo. Kylantha's Whim is 5244m to Naboo station. Also, Royal Way is "low" danger level while Kylantha is "medium".
For Dantooine, Dantooine's Wrath may be the closest to the station, but it's also considered a "high" danger level. There's another point that's only 1800m farther out (I want to say it's Isryn's Veil atm) but it's supposed to be a low danger level.
Maybe you're a different faction and have different waypoints, but those show up for Rebel.
