Sorry to bother you guys but, I just bought JTL and for some reason the register doesn't want to work. I went to the "Register Expansion" icon on the launchpad, put in my password and then.... nothing. It just sits there. Someone told me to run a .TREfix, did that and still nothing. Can anyone help me with this please?? Thanks all

What just sits there? I don't remember it being anything more to it than what you've done. You can always hit Chat on the launchpad and find a csr. I am guessing you have hitted that register expansion more than one time? When I hit it I get my billing info and the features enabled on this account, meaning JTL.

Well it works like this... I get the launchpad up, I click on "Register expansion" It asks for my password for the login, I put it in... (yes I have tried it more then once)... what happens is after I put in my password the hourglass comes up like the computer is working and it just sits there... nothing more, doesnt change screens, nothing. I tried again and this time it did go to the next screen that shows my account info, there are three icons near the bottom, one that says "Register Expansion" again and I hit it and the same thing happens. I let it work for over ten minutes and the screen never changed to let me register it. I went into chat and they said its a tech issue but they aren't open till Monday. I came here to see if anyone else was having the problem and how they fixed it.

Quick thing... is there a way to register JTL without going through launchpad? Like through the website here?

Yeah, think you're able to activate it through the My Account, it's abit of a headache to get there but it's:
My Account (at the top of this page)
Billing Info
Subscriptions
Star Wars Galaxies
Register Expansion

I just Bought JTL. How do I enable it? nowhere in the Install process did it ask me for any keys or Station names. I know I'm Pain in the Ars, but I really need help.
Can someone telll me the process for enabling JTL?
