I am on mission 7 in the Y-8 Quest. And the mission says, "Travel to the Kashyyk System and escort the Y-8 Convoy, Travel to the Kashyyk Syetem" I travel there and nothing happens. no update no Wp nothing n my missions still say travel to the Kashyyk Syetem. Just to confirm Kashyyk is the space above the planet its self isnt it?. and does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem?

I do not know, I have never been to their bureau... but I was bugged many many times...

A few examples:

I had a large house 2 medium houses and two factories standing on bomb... and had 19 lots left over... (that was when they changed the lot requirement for the houses). today i am back to the normal amount, but ONLY cuz i tore ALL houses down and put them back up... I had to cuz no one replied to my ticket on this...

JSF Quest: AT-AT didnt follow me more then 5m and returned to his originating location. I tried this quest about 10 times... and wrote a tickewt at some point. I am normally rebel so i changed faction for this quest and waited on a ticket reply for some time... unable to keep playin bomb cuz i could not participate in faction stuff until the mission was over, when the reply came, all it stated was "We know of this, we cant do anything, thanks for your patience". This btw was the ONLY reply i ever got on any ticket i ever wrote (and i wrote MANY!).

Y-8: Same as you... same bug still today..... and for 5days no one replied to my ticket, hence i delted it...

SoE has a pi22 poor support! Im sorry to say it so bluntly but it is the experience I had with it.

I was bugged many more times and these 3 are just the most recent i had... but the support team never cared for em... never replied to em... so I gave up on asking for support at all.

Right now i simply ignore the Y-8 bug, Use the Bellbula if i want a JSF-like vessel and play every bit of the non-bugged parts...

I run 3 charakters, with no jedi among them, hence i PAY 3 charakters for chimaera... And if it wasn´t for a lot of friends i got in SWG and for my love for star wars... i would allready have canceled the whole lot of them.
