-Rebel assault squad moving in on an Imperial base, They call in for an "AIRSTRIKE" from their fellow players flying above them.
-Imperials aboard a Stardestroyer unleash a bombardment from the Atmosphere to the ground below taking out everything on the surface where a Rebel base is located, Then drop down Transport ships filled with Players in Stormtrooper armor to "mop up".
-Bounty Hunter chases a Mark in his shipabove the Eastern Dune Sea aboard his Dune Lizard.
-Rebels jump into their X-Wings station in a Hanger in their City as the Empire Unleashes their Tie Bombers upon their beloved town.
-Imperials maning Turrents from inside their base attempt to fend off the Y-Wings and X-Wings as they unleash H*LL upon the base.
-Little Space N00bie takes his Z-95 out for a Sunday afternoon and flies across the wonderful terian or Corellia.
I would love to see anything that would bring the Battle in Space to the Battle on the Ground, Its still not truly Star Wars till the day I see Rebels on Snowspeeders flying out of a hangar to meet the Imperial AT-ATs heading straight for their base, on the Snowy planet known as.....Hoth.

you cant really have space combat in on teh ground, the combat methods are too different to work together. however if you could fly in the atmosphere that would own. the typical ship can go atleat twice as fast as a BARC and would be cool if you could go to the starport launch and fly around in the air.

Oh it can be done, you just have to try first. And the mechanics of JTL can work on the ground just the same with 2 exceptsions, You need constint movement or hover and Elevations of the planets would need to be increased.

Sony said a long time ago its not gonna happen. To paraphrase, "we don't want xwing or something straffing the streets". Its too exploitable.
