Whe n you go to claim the Sorosuub veteran reward it warns you that you can only claim it once....
Does that mean that only one of your toons can have it fullstop?
Or can your toon on another galaxie but using tthe same account have the reward as well..

You are suppose to be able to claim it once per character. If you are a veteran player, all of your characters may claim one, even if it is a new character.
My Hammerhead brawler is dirt poor, but he has a luxury yacht.
