what is the max shield recharge you have ever seen on looted not retrodesigned shields.

my best i have ever seen is 15.56 on a level 10 shield that need to be retrodesigned to be usefull it has only 800 shield hitpoints on the rear. i hope i can retrodesign it with a plus of 4% that would be 16.18

retrodesign? you mean reverse engineer, and a level 10 part would receive a 6% bonus, i have seen level 8s with 16+ recharge

I've looted an 18-something recharge level 10, and have a friend who had an RE'd one at some ridiculous rate over 20.. high 21, low 22s, something like that. So there are some pretty high recharge rates out there.
