Deep space is cool with the no decay etc. but its only available to aces.

How about a zone/sector that casual gamers can have a 10 min hassle free pvp blast em up!

No NPC's just pvp. I would like to see it be the sector you have to go through to get to deep space so as to not split up/spread outthe pvp action too much.

Also how about a PVP sector that only tier 3 ships and below can be used? would be fun
