10 days?! COME ON!!!!!!!! How come Americans get it tomorrow yet Europeans have to wait another TEN DAYS?!
All the UK sites I've checkes now have the dates listed as the 5th, as apposed to the 29th of October as they were. What IS going on here?

I just checked my Amazon.co.uk order and it is still showing up as 29th / 20th for delivery although I am now viewing that with increased skepticism.
I also read a post here stating that even though Europeans pre-order JTL they will not be getting the Naboo Flash Speeder ground vehicle as a pre-order bonus.
Can anyone out there in SOE in a position to clarify this please do so ?
Thanks in advance.

I cannot begin to tell you how upset I am about this. Whilst I understand that SOE / Lucasarts might not have a decision on when a distributor releases a product, I would hope that they could put sufficent pressure to ensure UK (and other parts of the world) gamers were not at a loss.
Due to the nature of the game, a delay of 10 or so days, means that international players are automaticallydisadvantaged. SOE and Lucasarts have assured us that the game is released on the 27th and whilst I was reluctantly willing to accept the 29th as a UK release date, a further weeks delay is wholey unacceptable.
I would like to hear a dev response on this, if only to acknowledge they understand our point of view on this matter, even though I accept they may not be able to do anything about it.

To be fair this is nothing to do with SOE / USA. This is because Activision, the UK distributor, have delayed JTL so they can get enough stock to satisfy demand ..
Quite why they don't just release it until it sells out, then milk the publicity as much as they can "SWG first expansion sells out in 10 minutes!" is beyond me
Also was it Activision who were responsible for the whole CD-key-in-use fiasco? ![]()

Why on earth do they use Activision as distributor?
Activision have no reason to push for release on date, it is not their product, they provide no support for it, so why should they put themselves out.
As this is a world-wide online game, perhaps SOE should delay the switch on until it is available everywhere!
