I just called EB Games. Apparently, at some point early last week they claim, Sony stopped shipping them the bonus CDs so they stopped shipping when they ran out. Nice of them to notify anyone this had occurred. I cancelled my order online and managed to get the bonus package from the local store, which had a handful left. This may be the best option for folks still wanting the flash speeder.

I dont think that I got this option. This CDs will not be available in Germany. I hope that I m able to cancel the order, cause it cost "a bit" more money :/
