WhenI go to Shamdon (valarian pilot trainer ) in the lucky despot cantina, i gave her the package from talon karrde in the mos eisley cantina backroom. She then gives me a choice of 3 duty missions, one destroy, one escort and something else , i cant remember. So i do the destory mission and go back to her and she still gives me the same options of missions to do , I did all 3 and still cant advance to next mission evn though i did them all sucessfully. What is going on with this. Also sent a bug report. Any help is much appreciated. thanks

Duty missions mean you keep doing them until you fill your boxes. Tier two is a pretty good grind. You'll need 60k xp per box. Tier 3 will be strictly mission unlocked boxes, then tier 4 will be another grind.

So i have the choice of only these 3 missions until i fill up tier 2 boxes? Just want to make sure i understand you. Thanks for ur help .

I think after you fill one box, there will be one story-based mission, then duty missions until another box is filled. Essentially, 3 story-based missions in the tier 2 phase.
