Thread: Sorosub Help

I logged on and tried to claim my Sorosub and it said i could not. I have had an active accouant since Feb 22,2004. Any ideas why I can not claim it?

You must have JTL.


You must have 1 building Lot


you must have 6 consecutive months (you said you did)


You must get the system message


You must type /claimVeteranReward (Case sensitive I believe)


If at anytime you have the above, and still can't get it. /bug it...and open a ticket in regards to claiming the reward.

I have jtls


I have 8 open lots


I did recieve both system message and email


I typed /claimVeteranReward and had the box pop up that enabled me to click on the sorosub option.


Looks like i have to submit a /bug


I tried to do report a bug on the ctrl h screen somthing tells me that was not the correct way to do that.


Thanks for pointing me the right direction.

oh, one more requirement. be sure you have room in your inventory for the item.

Not the right way?


You have to check the knowledge base first...which nothing is in there, so just open it and close it...then it will allow you to open a Trouble Ticket.

Greetings,

I have the same issue, account since february and got a response to attepmpts to claim the reward saying something like "The reward could not be granted". Great.

I did /bug it and opened a customer service ticket. After a couple of responses on the ticket the CSR concluded by passing it on to the Dev team and told me to watch the forum for a resolution. Great.

So, I hope the Dev team is on the ball, I want my suub

I just got off the phone with SOE... It might be useful to note that the "six months continuous play" is actually "six months active subscription". Your first 30 days free that comes with the game does not count towards the magic eligibility number... sooo... for example if your first billing cycle started on say... May 15th... by October 15th you would have been playing the game for six months, but only a subscriber for five... on November 15th the Yacht will be yours... similarly, you cannot have any break in your billing... for any reason or the clock starts over again.


Not to be picky... (well okay... I'm being picky...) but this wording could have been a little clearer... Hope this makes things clearer for the rest of you.

YUP if yer account was disabled and you just re-enabled it for JTL you get to wait 6 months.

Thank you for clearing that up.

We both said that we have been playing since february, and having uninterrupted service for 180 days is one of the requirements for qualifying for the reward.

Someone pushed the right buttons because I logged in this morning and got a cheerful message about qualifying for the veteran reward, which I claimed promptly. The shiny party boat is in my posession now! Hang in there guys if you are not seeing yours, the Force will be with you as this seems to be getting enough attention to be resolved.

I have a problem with the Sorosub.. I have claimed it, at tried it in space, but I cant use the elevators.. So I cant get to the upper level of the ship.. Anybody know why ?
