Thread: Information on Why some people are not getting Veteran Reward

Ok, Well I saw this command to check my time that I been playing, /getveteranrewardtime
Well it says 163 days........... It dawned on me tht they dont consider the 1st month free with purchase as consecutive time played.
Since my account was activated in april 3 2004 , I personally think this is dumb. I do not recall them saying anything that 1st month free doesnt count towards veteran reward. I myself and about 10 people from my guild joined at the same time and are shafted because of this. All I ask is why do they do not consider the 1st month as part of your veteran reward ??

well the open date i bolive is when it got billed. they said any one in 6 months or more would getr the ship.

well launchpad says i paid first 9 march
but the /getvet command says i just played 103 days so what about that.....
never canceld my account and the character i got since i got the game

It might be upsetting because the yacht is hyperspace-capable. The starter ships aren't.

It requires 180 days of CONSECUTIVE billing
If you cancel then resubscribe you restart the counter.
People using game cards are probably gonna run into problems.

You will not get anywhere with Sony on this issue and heres why.
I dont have the link for it but when they first explained the requirements for the reward they stated "6 months consecutive billing"
So being the first month is not billed, that is their loophole. You technically have not been billed for six months even though your actual ingame time is 6 months. Pretty shallow I think.
And I know you have heard this a thousand times before but the Sorosub is not such a spectacular ship anyway. Terribly slow, and as soon as your tier is high enough to buy a multiplayer ship my bet is you wont use it anyway and delete it from taking up space in your datapad.

ok its 6 months consecutive yet my purchase date was 14 jan this hear it borked on the first payment must of enterd somthing wrong and im paying every 3 month so i think i'v passed the 6 month consecutive thingy.
[EDIT] last check had 161 days.

well i have had an active account since february and only got a 104 logged for veteran reward. I havent canceled!!! gah...

I wonder if it'll work like the anniversary paintings at all. I mean i got my painting about 1-2 weeks after my friends who started the trial before me but i still got it even if i wasn't eligable until i went over the 30day usage (think it was 30).
If it does, then i can expect to get it next year but i doubt my luck
