Jump To Lightspeed Archive

Here's the situation, I hit my target, and I KNOW I hit my target. After 10 seconds of hitting the target it "warps" and I'm able to hit the target again. This repeats every several seconds.

I use a 3MegaBit cable connection. This is really ruining JTL for me. What do I do?!
