Space Stations - They should be not only used to land on planet. But should also be a "zone" that you can dock to and then walk around in. Here you would get missions, trade (via personal, or bazaar), bank, change/repair/upgrade ships. Larger Carrier class ships could also boast this feature.

AutoPilot - You should be able to leave the Pilot Station when Autopilot is engaged.

Planet Landings - Why dont the ships just act like any sort of object that is able to be placed on the surface of a planet? Like a miner or other temporary structure. Landing your ship and getting out to look at it seems insignificant, but it would be a loved feature. (Also then people could use custom kits to alter the ship. Similar to "painting" speeders)

Those are the main issues that bother me. Please add in any you have.

I like all your ideas, i also want to be able to park my ship anywhere. It would be great to see yourself climb in then take off from a lot next to your house.
