Thread: Imperial and Nuetral Pilots on Ahazi, ATTENTION! Strike Force Tonight!

An Imperial Strike Force will be forming this evening with orders to patrol the galaxy and enter Kessel. There have been numerous reports of Rebel Corvettes, Gunboats, and Escort Fighters in that sector. The launch location is Talus Imperial Outpost. Tojoin the strike force either contact Warrant Officer II Vegitaa Gaiden Captain of the Imperial Decimator MONEY-MAKERS through secure transmission (ingame mailing system) or be at the Talus Imperial Outpost at 8pm Mountain time (10pm eastern). At that point we will organize and assign pilots to their positions.


If you are unable to meet at the specified time you will still be able to participate. Fighter Escorts will be needed and can join the strike force as the patrol moves forward. This is your chance to strike back against the Rebel Insurgency that has taken hold.For this patrol we pilots will not be required to go overt.


The initial rendezvous will take place at 8pm Mountain Time (10pm Eastern) followed by the first wave launching at 8:30 Mountain. Please be prepared and ready to engage. Additional Decimators are welcome to join the strike force as well as any non-aligned pilot Ace’s (Neutrals are welcome to join). The strike force will make certain patrols before heading to Kessel to get our gunners warmed up and everyone ready for action.






This is just meant to see if it can be done. I’m trying to organize some pilots that would enjoy doing this on a bi-weekly basis. I hear a lot of complaints about lack of content past Ace, so I figure why not try to create some. I will check into the possibility of using my guilds Ventrillo server as well. In my opinion Voicechat is almost a requirement in an operation of this scope. Suggestions and comments are welcome. If this goes well I will start scheduling this for a regular bi-weekly time slot. To enter Deep Space you either need to be an ACE or you need to be onboard one of the multi-passenger ships.

Something that has come to my attention and possibly changes our final destination....


Many of you are 4,4,4,4 Imperial or Nuetral pilots. That being the case you should only need to take out 30 Rebel NPC's and 1 Rebel Corvette in Kessel.


I would be more than happy to change our destination to Kessel in an effort to get you folks your Ace title!


Benefits for the first task: If you are in a group, and you are on the mission that requires killing 30 Rebel NPC's in Kessel, all Rebel kills made by your group count towards that limit.


Benefits of the second task: Take out Rebel Corvette in Kessel. This is possible to be solo'ed but it is a lot of fun with a group as well. I think it would be fun to take a Deci or two and some escort fighters into to Kessel with this as a goal. Additional benefit of this is that you do not have to be an ACE to go to Kessel where as you do need to be an Ace to go to Deep Space.


So, everything being equal, I am more than willing to change our destination at this time. Remember my whole intent here is to gather a group and go out there and have fun! So, we will be meeting at Talus Imperial Outpost at 8pm Mountain time (10 pm Eastern). I was going to keep this unknown but now I think thats unneccesary.


If you need to grab these missions from your trainers please do so before arriving.


Anyone wanting to be crew on the Decimator please be aware there are only two gunner positions. Additional crew members are needed though and will serve important roles to ensure a safe and successful journey!
