I am not sure whether or not I am elligible but I know for a fact my friend & guildmate is... /getvet shows over 500 days... and that's it.
She'd like her sub, anybody know why it won't generate?
Thanks in advance.

To get the yacht make sure the following (bear with me as some may sound crazy but lets just check all the bases)
1) Make sure JTL is enabled
2) Make sure you have room in your inventory (the deed will appear in your invetory first just like any other starship deed)
3) Make sure you have 1 of your 3 ship slots empty
4) Make sure you have at least 1 of your 10 lots empty (the yacht, yt-1300, decimator, and nova will take 1 lot to make. This is becuase it has 75 item storage on board)***This is a big one most people forget or don't realize.***
5)If you destroyed the yacht, whatever you do don't destroy that deed in your inventory. Why because its the only way you will be able to get another if you ever want it again.(you can put in your bank for safe keeping if you wish)
If you have checked all these and still no reward then submit a ticket and hope the CSR/dev can help you out.
Good Luck!

Also note you need to have aleast played the game for some odd months. I think 2 to 3 months worth of play. Also check spelling lot of people miss spell something when typing the command.

After how many days, do u actually receive this reward? Does that command shows you, how many days u have left?

Ingame, if you push CTRL+SHIFT+TAB then the game will complete what you are trying to write, or give you a list of possibilities for what you have typed..
Just as an example, with the "/flushgraphicsresources fullreset" command, I just type in "/flushg" and push CTRL+SHIFT+TAB and it completes the rest.. similar thing with this..
If you try typing /claim and push CTRL+SHIFT+TAB then see what comes up! It may just be something simple like a typo or fussy capitalisation.
Hope this helps
