Would anyone like it if there was a comm that you can send to other players while in space. It would work like this: you type /comm XXX and to the person you comm it would send a message like the npc's and a picture of you while your in your ship. /sign here if you like this idea. It would add a bit more realism to the game.

I'd prefer this instead of having to look down to my chat bar every 5 seconds while in space. Not a bad idea.

It is a good idea but they should do this by default for all /tells, even when on the ground.

you did mean from the ground
i would find it a little jarin if it was on ground too.
however they did try this in JTL beta for all JTL npcs too, and a lot o negitive responces came along with it.

I think it would be cool. Saying to a rebel before i kill him "I want to hear you scream, when I tear your ship apart!" Instead of /tel I want to hear u scream when i tear ur ship apart (the rebel guy) /reply lol hahahaha that cool i gotta kill my a kryat, (rebel pilot) /reply oops mt.

Thereason I wouldn't like this is because my game tends to freeze up for a moment or two when ever I get those messages with the pics... It's gotten better now but I still freeze up from time to time.
Players could take advantage of those of us that lag out by sending us messages during PVP which would make us sitting ducks.
So, there would have to be an option to turn the graphics part off before I'd sign on for your idea.

LOL, you probably won't be able tofinish thesentence before youyourself get blown up. It would be cool if you can still send the message out even as you're blowing up, so the message on the recipient'sscreen would read like the following: "I want to hear you scre...am... (* dead * )..."

this would be a awsome thing. and also if these things make you lag just you would go to the options and turn them off. that simple! so this would not be able to be abused and would be a great addition to JTL. though other stuff should come before it that are higher prorities i would love something like this be implemated into the game in the near future or far future for that matter.

There is a option to turn off the picture of the one you are comm.'n, or when the npc's talk junk. Sorry I turned it off so long agoI don't remember if it is a / (slash) command or a option, but if you do a search you should be able to find it.
