I am a rebel 3333 (working on getting 4333) and I am having problems trying to use the Repair frigates. I call them, they start flying around me, and I don't know what to do afterwards.
Also, once I get the 1 million XP to work on my Tier 4s, do I have to get another 1 million Xp for the next Tier 4 box? or can I just do my missions?

the repair freighters are wierd for me as well
my missiles and countermeaser launcher are empty, yet they say i have nothing to replenish 
sometimes they don't make any repairs 
as for the second question i think you have to grind for all your tier 4 boxes

Once they appear hit the repair skill again and they do their job.... when they replenish they should give you equipment not as good as you had but you should get something as long as you are completely empty.

When the ship comes, hit the command button again and the ship will start the repair process.
