Thread: Bugged 1st mission from Lady Viopa help!

Ok guys, I've got my first 60K xp and my first box in the tier 2 tree, I get the mission to disable/steal something from the lambda shuttle at the given waypoint, but I go to the waypoint and it doesn't appear. I've tried targeting everything in the area, hanging around killing tier 2 and 3 enemy ships, deleting and retaking the mission and nothing seems to work.
Has anyone had this problem and how did you get round it?
Btw it's hard to believe that after this long there are still bugs in the basic pilot missions :/

If I remember correctly the lambda is a nearby target, it doesn't appear for the mission. Also, it may not appear as a hostile, so look around carefully. If it's not there at first, it'll show up after a few moments.

Only problem is it doesn't.......
I thought exactly the same thing, so I sat at the WP hitting my "target next space object" key for about 10 minutes - which targets everything, friendly or hostile. It simply is NOT there, and after 5 tries taking 30 minutes each of farting around trying to find it, I'm getting rather frustrated.
Anyone know what path it takes? Does it head towards anything specific that I could follow? Just in case it's got lost somewhere en-route and is stuck.

The only bonus being that I have enough xp for my next pilot box straight away - assuming I can finish this stupid mission.

I have the same problem here. I can't advance due to this shuttle not appearing. Man, I dropped rebel pilot to get a jedi starfighter, now I want to regrind it.. can't. I know where the shuttle usually spawns. It didn'´t.
This is a huge issue, because it is preventing us from advancing.

just talked to a CSR, and he said I should /bug it.. lol.. sending my request in a deep hole where nobody's gonna answer it...

I just did that mission a few days ago w no problems except thatI got a bit crazy w the guns the first time. So i guess the mission isnt always bugged.

A friend just waited for 20 minutes for the shuttle to spawn.
I just tried it and waited for 50 minutes without spawn.
I tried it multiple times now.
I believe you, but perhaps I am bugged, don't know.

Did it three times and wasn't bugged once. The shuttle isn't hostile. If it isn't there, someone probably left its escort of Elite Tie guards (iirc) alive, kill those and it'll respawn.
