Thanks for placing your Star Wars Galaxies: Jump to Lightspeed order with us. We are writing today about the exclusive in-game vehicle, the Flash Speeder, which your character will be able to use within the expanded Star Wars Galaxies universe. Although your order was placed at a time when participation in the beta test was not practical, we were able to secure additional codes to unlock the in-game bonus Flash Speeder. You will receive your access code along with instructions to obtain your speeder via email within the next week.
You may receive your copy of Jump to Lightspeed before your receive the access code for your Speeder, but rest assured that the code will arrive shortly after you receive your copy of the game and you will be able to claim your speeder after you have begun to play Jump to Lightspeed.

I pre-ordered mine on the 20th, but haven't gotten that e-mail yet. I hope they get around to me eventually.

I pre-order from EB Games one last month and one this month and never received any emails nor did I receive the promised beta.

Thanks for the info Rodian-Bob.
I pre-ordered JTL "w/ Bonus!" from EB and never received the additional key or email. It is really a sad situation when we have to find this information from other players and not SOE, Lucas Artsor EB. It took me forever to find this information. It would have been nice if this information had been posted on the SWG SOE and EB homepage.
Note for SOE: If you DEVs and TechSupport guys are wondering why players are bashing you all the time, this is a good example... The space stuff is real fun, you did a good job... yet I came away from the process of upgrading to JTL viewing it as a negative experience. The EB pre-order stuff confused me and was not clear. I did figure out the veteran reward. You should also be telling people not to JTL for their first mission with the Sorosub, although those TIE-fighters had a heck of a time trying to blow me up - lol
Overall,you DEVs and TechSupport guysneed to take the Marketing and Sales person who worked the pre-order deal with EB, take them outside, give them a big "pants down spanking" for messing up.
Hopefully things go better next expansion... maybe "Jump to Hoth" - EBcouldoffer the pre-order "Wampa"

They need to add Gamestop.com to the spanking....they are doing the same thing. No CD key for people that pre-ordered on the 20th. I feel cheated and defrauded by this company's behavior. I basically paid $10 extra for shipping of a retail copy. Thanks alot guys for ruining this part of the JTL expansion for me. I look forward to NEVER doing business with your company ever again.
