I hear some people say when you are a *noobie pilot* you cant go in the same space sector and you must stick to *noobie space sector* is that true?

no.

youre very first mission from which ever trainer you go to, is instanced. beyond that youre in the same space as everyone else.

Isn't it the first 4 missions? Or has it changed since beta?
