I am certified for Y-Wing and thats what I'm piloting now. There are two "Weapon" branches to load 2 different weapons. Does this mean I can fire 2 seperate weapons? I put 2 in, and try mapping the controls to fire each weapons seperate, but I fiddled around for a long time with no luck. could someone explain (dumb it down a lot) on how to fire 2 seperate weapons on a Y-Wing?

The regular Y-wing can only fire the turret when someone is in the turret flying with you. The Y-wing Longprobe is a craft that you can fire the turret and the forward guns by yourself but you cannot bring someone along with you to fire the turret because it is a single passenger craft.

Just a question, on the ywing is there a way to unlink the the lasers if you have blasters on your ship? I.E. Fire one laser every second instead of two lasers every two seconds.

No there is no way to unlink weapons yet.

Also, Hartz your sig is broken, you need {a href="url"} and {/a} instead of url.

6 times 9 equals 42 (at least in Base 13 it does)

Well you can keymap each weapon to a button and fire them individually to fire them unlinked manually. I tried this out for a while with a set of high end ion / disruptor combo, shooting out the shields with the ion cannon and then blasting away with the disruptor. I gave up and got myself two blasters and kill stuff much quicker. I found that there is generally enough going on with me worrying about which weapon I am firing.

On my Rihkxyrk I use an Ion (2600) a disruptor (3700) and a blaster (2400) all firing at the same time and I chew threw just about anything insanely fast. I always have used at least an Ion and a Disruptor at the same time.
