Are you sure thats a looted engine. Looks like the final mission reward for Smugglers Alliance. I had one myself I RE'd mine though and it now sits at 108.4 with 74+ in YPR.

Magical.

I have a crafted Mark V engine, it has a high top speed (103.2), but the YPR is terrible (around 51 average).

That is definatly the old smuggler loot engine.

these day`s crafted MKV engines dont get more the slightly above 50 on pitch/yaw and roll. you need to Reverse Engineer some to get a good one, and when you do include that reward engine of yours in the RE process.
