no you can only have 2 multiplayer ships.
and no you can't have more then one Vet ship to my knowledge.

My understanding is that the total number of ships you are allowed to have in your datatpad is three. Each MP ship you have will cost youone lot. If you only haveone free lot then you can only have one vet. ship. It is possible to have two vet. ships provided you have two lots free and only one ship in your datapad.
I had a character who had five lots free and I was able to have two vet. ships in my datapad. They used one lot each. Whether or not it's intended to work that way I don't know.

ok, ive read reports of people able to get 3 vet ships and its supposed to work that way. the deed doesnt disapear. now the people with 3 vet ships, does it take 3 lots?

My deed did'nt dissapear. I had to free one lot to get the yacht the first time, then when i used deed again i got a second one in my datapad. So no, multiple vet ships dont take multiple lots.

great! so its confirmed to be able to have 3 vet ships w/ 1 lot.....
