Anyone know how to customize the color/decals of your ship?

buy a texture kit (numbered 1-6) for the patterns available and then buy a paint kit to set the colors.

How do you apply the kits? I tried to paint the sorosub with no luck.

get a ship write to make a paint kit and texture kit for you. there are 6 texture kits, the first being defalt. every thing is only a one time use. the paint kit is a 2 time use, once fore trim, once for frame

after having a ship in datapad, select the kit, and hut the use option. then select wich ship to use it on

Would be handy if someone made screenshots of all the available ships and colour patterns. Does anyone know if there are any websites-in-the-making dealing with this?

There's already a huge amount of screenshots from beta on imagedump and such, I'm guessing a lot of people have these kind of screenshots already, they'd just have to be organised to create something like swgimagedesign.com or Glitterwear.
