One thing ive noticed about the y-wing is thatthe turrent is back where the droid should be, it should really be on top of the pilots canopy where you can see a circle. Why are they screwing up the ships?

It looks fine to me.

I am no beta tester but i hear some people saying that there a longprobe Y-wing that you can only be one in the ship so not all Y-wing can hold 2 person

Doh! It is? Why would the more advance one be one seater? o_O especially when the box it's in is labeled 'Multi-role Craft.'

The LongProbe is tier 2 instead of tier 1, it also has about 20k more mass for it. With the regular Y wing you can carry a gunner, but if you dont have a gunner you cant fire the second set of lasers as the pilot. With the LongProbe the pilot can fire all the weapons, but cant hold a second passenger.

and the turrent....turret* sry, goes on TOP of the hatch covering the cockpit

You get full control over both weapons and it has 2 missle slots instead of 1.
On topic: The turret is above the canopy the pics on the web site is not the same as the ship we fly that little circular hatch deal above the canopy is where the turret is in game.

the pic is wrong. in game the turet is in the right location. there are 2 difrant engine graphics. you can add a booster graphic. becouse the longe probe is a one seater makes it more powerful then the 2 seater. why? becouse with the 2 seater you have one set of guns pointing forward, and the other set doing what ever the gunner wants. with the longprobe, you have 2 sets af forward facing turrets under the pilots controls. thats dubble gamage. unlike the x wing, both sets are real close together. in the 2 seater, both gunner and pilot share xp, no matter what. the x wing has 3 sets of guns. that is, if you can get them to fit.
