Thread: Yet another most likley stupid question about key codes.

I have a few questions reguarding the 'key code' mentioned in the 2 launch pad messages copied below:



  • For those members of our community who purchased the pre-order JTL, your Flash Speeder will be available next week on October 27th (Please note that you must have purchased JTL and input your key code)
  • For those members of our community who have earned the Sorosuub 3000 Luxury Yacht, this will also be available next week on October 27th (Please note that you must have purchased JTL and input your key code)

    • Is this the key code used for registering the JTL cd?


    Are the pre-order key codes somehow special/different than the key codes for the cd that are not pre-ordered?


    Am I an ideot for haveing my pre-ordered JTL delivered to the store insted of my home?

    • The first one refers to the the JTL CD key (assuming you've already registed your pre-order. If not, then you should do that, and probly right now).


    The seccond refers to your JTL CD key as well.


    I don't think that the JTL Retail version is any diffrent than what you getwhen you pre-order, the only diffrence is you get a pre-order disk, which unlocks your goodies.

    OK. This is what I think it means... When you get JTL it will, of course, have a registration key. You enter that. You click next and all that and it asks if you preordered through EB or Gamestop. If you have then you click yes and enter the CD key that came on your preorder disk.


    For the SoroSubb I think a Dev said it pops up in your inventory if you have been playing for 6 monhts or more and when you have played for 6 months or more it will show up.

    there are 2 key codes. the one you get on the back of the pre-order CD so you can get into beta and the flash speeder, and the one that you will get with JTL to register the use of it for your account.

    Actually, the command is /claimVeteranReward or just /claim for short.

    So I went out and bought the JtL Preorder today just so I can reserve my copy. Can I still get the Flash Speeder? Folling the directions on the cd to register doesn't work, they removed the beta registration step =/
