Jump To Lightspeed Archive

I havent bought it yet(plan on buying it tommorow or saturday) but from all the videos ive seen of it one thing has really bothered me, star fighter speed. It seems these fighters go super slow, now I know you need to slow em down a lot to make an effective game but this looks a tad too slow! I wasnt in beta but im guessing there is a speed up/brake button, can someone tell me how they think the fighter speed is and if there's a dramatic increase from what ive seen when/if there is an accelerate button

well, i think that the starfigters are pretty fast,. but you might have just been seeing the starting ship, which can't be upgraded. but they really are fast, and all the ships cept the beginning one can be upgraded to increase the speed with bigger engines.
