Well, I don't fully understand JTL yet. It's pretty complex stuff and I haven't been able to keep up to date on it as I've been out of the country. That said, I finished my 1/1/1/1 missions and got assigned to go to Dantooine. Of course, you cannot get there without a player-made ship. This I understand. So I purchased a chassis and started equipping it. I should be certed for level 2 and level 3 equipment. I put some red blasters on my YWING (level 3, I think) and when I went into space, I couldn't fire. All I got was an empty clicking noise whenever I clicked the mouse button. I tried some level 2 blasters and the same thing.

That said, I can't do much of anything except fly aimlessly about now in my little starter ship. Any ideas why my blasters aren't working, and how I can make them work? Thanks in advance.

Do you have a capacitor in your Y-Wing? The blasters won't work without one.

I was just having that problem too, turned out i didn't havea capacitor installed, make sure you have one.
