You can do it from a single PC, but can only be logged on with one char at a time. Simply register the new one as you did with the old via the lauchpad.

Gamecard? Not sure, think you need a extra one though.

You can run both accounts at the same time on one pc, I do it sometimes, but you will take a MAJOR performance hit. Search the boards for "multiple instances" and it will tell you what files to modify to allow 2 instances to run simultaneously. If I could just figure out how to tell it to use less than 75% of the availabe ram. Both currently use 750M of 1 gig, that is a problem, if I could get each to use like 400M I think I could run both without the major performance hit. Anyone know how to change that?
