The quest was interesting and fun only a few things are bugged if your grouped. Tractor beaming the freighter doesnt work if grouped. Mining the amount (yea Im sayin it) is marked off for the group not per person. Amazing how 4 people can almost instantly get 500 units and complete.

Y-8s turrents-Top turrent 360 degrees even strait up...who ever decided to put the second turrent in the ships butt crack is a butt crack cause it can not fire forward. I along with many would like to see turrents on ships react like turrents on tanks...as in the driver or pilot turns the ship the turrents counter until they cant.....PLEASE no one can hit anything in a POB turrent if the pilot needs to simply turn. (FYI turrent buggy on M22T-Krayt...Shows two shoots going off)

Tractor Beam--dont put it in a turrent on any ship some one forgot to test that so its useless there and will not even turn or fire. And graphic is odd..blinding to turrents if pilot fires.

bugs with mining...pilot HAS to stay seated or asteroid stops spawning

Nothin seems wrong with mining lasers I II or III or even the elite Y-8 laser they all work but pilot must stay seated during miningor asteroid again bugs out til destroyed.

Movement with boosters in POB ships...why have I not seen a post on this issue, its annonying as hell..Booster works up until it runs out then all controls P/Y/R are reversed until the ship losses the speed of the boost inwhich the ship uses bugs bunnys air brake system bringing the ship to ZERO instantly. This issue and the turrents not countering pilot movements is why no one flys POB into certain combat. Just fer flyin around shootin tier 1 stuff yea yea I know I know

Ship paint on Y-8..never mind just fix some thing on it.

Y-8 Ship Reactor 23k of power wow that beats most mark I reactors...Think Ill go with POB instead(Tack hammer needed)

Y-8 Weapon Cap Dito keep swinging the hammer and calling the gamers suckers.

I know I'm missing something else but come on. Really get the tack hammer smack someone there that should have know better.

TTE yea no ones going to complain about 6 ships instead of 3 yea right...signed sucker punched repeatedly

in order for the Tractor beam to work it has to be pushed on the keyboard... the number that is assigned to it. But it has to be held down.

The tractor beams have worked for me and my crew and for those I have helped minning.

I totally agree with the rear turret but basically this is a mining ship meaning that if your facing an asteroid and a ship comes in from behind, that rear turret is supposed to defend you from the rear until the ship can be turned. Or when your running the pilot keeps fleeing and the rear turret can assist in escape.

Also the rear turrent is supposed to defend if you have patrols along for the ride. If so the minner continues on with minning reguardelss of the pirates, the patrols that are supposed to watch you try to handle the pirates, and the rear gunner keeps an eye on the action as some might slip through the net your people have created.

But I understand your fustrations. As I have had deep thought about why they designed it this way as well. But when you put it in the terms I have come to realize it does make sense.

The pilot destroyes the rock, then chases the rock down.

The upper turret tractor beam collects debris

The rear gunner watches the rear of the ship...

I turned my ship into a battle cruiser that I can live in... Very ugly but it does have alot of space.

The Y-8 needs some kind of built in mining lasers/beams to make it useful. Currently you can mine better in a fighter,or anova courier/Yt1300/decimator. The Y-8 is so useless and inpracticle its funny.
