I have a y wing, and I am trying to put a v3 flight computer, and I already have incom droid interface Mark 2. I also had V2 flight computer. When I try to put in my F.C. it keeps saying "You must use an astromechand not a Flight computer on this purpose" what does this mean?? I am a new pilot so someone please help

It means you need to use an R2 droid or similar droid with Astromech ability. The Y-Wing can't use a flight computer. It uses the droid instead.

Only a handful of ships use droids over flight comps. Only the following ships use droids:
Z-95, X-Wing (Adv model included), Y-Wing (Longprobe included), and ETA-2 to my knowledge.
You must find a Droid Engineer vendor (or if you know a DE) and buy yourself an astromech droid.
