Ok, so I finished all of the quests on Tatooine, and I was told to meet someone on Yavin 4. I've looked everywhere and havent found the person I need to continue my training. Anyone know what to do?

Labour op, in one of the buildings there. not sure which one it is tho 
The guy has got a cyber arm and is in the first room as you walk in, cant miss him. If you know his name type /tar name. hope that helps.
